• Contact J'Ollie Primitives
  Email info@jollieprimitives.com within 30 days of receipt of item.  We will do our best to resolve any problem.  If we cannot resolve the problem we will email you a Return Authorization.  
• Damaged Items
  For items damaged during shipping you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item(s).  Please keep ALL boxes and packing materials.
• Shipping Charges
  Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Ship your items insured.   
  We do not offer refunds for returned items damaged in transit.
• Return your item(s)
  You must return the item in its original condition within seven days from the date of the Return Authorization.
