SHIPPING:
We make every effort possible to save you money on shipping rates without sacrificing quality.
- Our shipping carriers: We ship your items insured using FedEx. We also use UPS Freight, and USPS. When we use a carrier other than FedEx you will be notified.
- Tracking numbers: You will recieve a tracking number to the email address you used to place your order when your order is shipped.
- Where we ship: We ship directly to the lower US 48 states. For Alaska and Hawaii please contact us for a quote FIRST. We ship to Canada and Worldwide through Bongo International. We do not ship to P. O. boxes.
- Expedited shipping: If you need expedited shipping, please email or use our contact page first.
Sales tax: No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Ohio, USA. We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Ohio, USA only. |
